Underlying Dynamic Model for Education

Guys
Is there a posted or published dynamic model that FMS uses for its flight characteristics? I know there is a par file for each plane. That must go somewhere. I'd be very interested in seeing what aero model it uses. (model is not used in the way RC model is, but rather a dynamic differential equation model of the flight dynamics)

The reason I ask is that I'm a university professor and I'd like to use FMS for some basic educational purposes for my students. However I need to know the model form before I can instruct how to use it.
