I have been working on a wot4 model which is looking ok. I have duplicated Su-26.par .jpg .x and wav files and renamed the wot4.x wot4.par ect. I then export the wot4 from metasquoia/blender to wot4.x. However, I cant see the plane in fms although it does fly invisibly. It also loads in ParEditor. Has anyone else had trouble getting their planes into fms? I can send the model to anyone who has managed to do this.

Please make sure that all components are named correctly within your FMS model.

First, MetaLE is needed to create the DirectX file as it knows the correct method for FMS. If you want to send me your model in a .zip file, I will take a look at it. I need to have the MetaLE .mqo file to assure the conversion. garyg51384 at aol dot com.

You should have:

wot4.mqo original model file
wot4.bmp square image map file 512x512, 1024x1024
wot4.x directx model file
wot4.wav sound file
wot4.par parameters file
wot4_prv.jpg preview within FMS UX
wot4_readme.txt a text file with model information
