Hitec Eclipse 7 Heli settings

I have just got a USB lead for my Hitec Eclipse 7 Transmitter. I have installed FMS version 2.0 Alpha 8.3 running on Wndows XP.
My Tx flies the aircraft brilliantly with Rudder as 4 (inv), Throttle as 3 (inv), Elevator as 2 & Aileron as 1.
But everything seems all wrong for the helicopters Hughes and ThreeDee. When I try them the throttle stick controls roll, the rudder stick controls engine speed, the aileron stick controls the tail rotor and the elevator seems to work ok. In this configuations its damm near impossible to fly. And I definatley dont want to learn to fly like that.
It doesn't seem to matter how I change the settings in the calibrate menu nothing changes the control to stick allocations.... help!

The upper 4 values are for aircrafts, and the lower 4 for heli's.
just copy your 4321 making 43214321.
