After downloading the simulater my computer wont let me open

After i download the simulater cd and i go to open it a small box opens up and says : FMS. exe has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience. This Happens every time i try to open it. it ask's me to Debug, Send Error Report Or dont Send, i already tried them all! Help me PLZZ!
