D3DRM.dll is not loaded.

D3DRM.dll is not loaded. thats the error message. any ideas?

Yes. Key "D3DRM.DLL" into the search box at the top of the page then read some of the many previous answers and solutions.
Note, what exactly you need to do will depend to some extent on what version of Windows you are using.

so... i downloaded the .dll file. but when i go to extract ti.. it says access denied...?dont see anything in the forum on that yet..

You haven't said what Windows version you're using. I'd guess that whatever login you use doesn't have "Administrator" rights. A fix will be version-dependent (and I don't know them all so probably can't help with that).

My bad. I have Win. 7. I only have one user on my computer and it has admin. rights. Dont understand what the problem is here though..
