FMS Operation

How do I start the flight? How do I reverse the controls - full throttle right now is with the toggle all the way down instead of up. It seems like the others are reversed, too. I'm having a hell of a time getting this right! Thanks to anyone who can help me get going!

To start flying just open the throttle or press W (Winch) for a sailplane.
To reverse any control just tick the INV (invert) box next to the control in the Mapping/Calibration screen (depending on what you're actually using to control FMS).
