Resizing images and finding new landscapes?

Postby king3flyer » Sat Jun 05, 2010 4:29 pm

Hi,
I am running the 2.0 alpha 8.5 version of FMS on vista with an Nvidia card. I have got it working just fine apart from the flickering which can be turned off my textures. My question is If I resize the images in the FMS landscape folder to say 1025 by 1025 would that solve the flickering, or do I need to only resize the bottom image, in which case which of the images from the varius landscapes is the bottom one 1, 2, 3 ?

Also is there any zips of photo realistic landscapes going around with the right bnp size pictures and .scn files already to go?

Thanks in advance. Sorry if this has been posted before, I did do I bit of searching but most of it went right over my head :D

Howdy, How did you get the software to work in your Vista machine? I have tried everything that I can think of.

Just substitute a 1x1 pixel image for the bottom image.
