Thicko needs help

Hi all, I am new to this and a bit of a thick bugga when it comes to Computers. What I want is some photo real sceneries and some more realistic flying models namely one to replicate Airfields 1400mm Spitfire. I will need help as converting jpg to bmp makes about as much sense to me as kghisdAB. Cheers to anyone who has the patience.

I have been messing around with FMS for some time now and have collected quite a few planes and fields. I don't know where I got them all from but if you would like to send me a personal message containing your e-mail address, I will mail you zip files of three Spits amd a number of photorealistic fields.
