Initialization Error - Initilization Error in German Language.

I have got an intialization error in german which I am unable to understand and need help. The error is:

Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 647C5CA2 in Modul 'D3DRM.DLL' Lesen von Adresse FFFFFFFF

I downloaded fms20b6.exe and after installation when I click the icon the starting window appears but after that this error occurs. Please help me to get solve this problem.

I have found that if you delete the init.dat file, FMS will run again. Once you have it back in the default mode, you can change the language, control, graphics etc setting - but don't load a plane, and then save your settings it will work fine. Personally I like the slow flyer so I have to load it each time I start the game up.

I can´t find the 'init.dat' file in the fms beta 6 folder to delete it?

A friend solve the problem. I changed the display mode from 'True color (24 bit)' to 'High color (16 bit)' and now it works. But the simulation rate is very slow. I think it is another problem.
