At the moment we haven't got any drivers for win 2000. That's why the fms can't evaluate the signals from your transmitter. To avoid unexpected effects that would occur when loading the 16-bit dll on win 2000, the fms hides the option from the menu.

OK, I read this in the FAQ, pretty much word for word, million dollar question now is, WHEN will a driver be ready...

I too am interested in a Win2K version that supports the transmitter......so much so that I am building a computer with Win98 just so I can use your Software.

Being that the software is free, I don't feel I have the right to demand this enhancement, but it would be great.

BUMP again...any word on at least an ETA for this. Don't mean to be pushy, but here I am with a 2 gig hard drive in my win2k machine with a SPECIAL install of win98 on it JUST so I can use FMS, and the drive just deep sixed on me so now I'm outa luck. Please oh please let a win2k driver emerge sometime soon. Please at least give an ETA so we know what to expect...

No wonder I can't get my interface to work! Please update on Win2k as the joystick works just fine. Guess all Win2k users have to buy the Ripmax thing to get an interface that works :shocked:

Hallo FMS Gemeinde,
Ich habe ebenfalls einen WIN 2000 Comp.
Ist ein Treiber fÃ¼r win 2000 in Sicht oder sollte ich vielleicht noch win98 auf mein Notebook spielen??
Gibt es eine MÃ¶glichkeit FMS unter NT zum Laufen zu bekommen??
Da gibts ja nunmal kein aktuelles DirectX

No word yet Carsten, sorry. I know of no way to get it working in NT either due to as you said, the directx limitation. I'd stick with 98 for now. I don't know what's taking so long for the win2k driver...
