Windows shuts down after 5 minutes

I´m using FMS latest version on windows XP professional . Together with the flight control system Saitek X 52 it works fine- but only for 5 minutes, then windows shuts down. Information: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop: ....,0XB9325A01.
Also using the keyboard for control the same error appears.
What can I do?
