Throttle control on Joystick

2.0 alpha 8.5 on XP

I cannot get the controller to operate the throttle. It seems to register on channel 6 which doesn't do anything to the sim model, but the throttle is controlled by the letter V on the keyboard.

I cannot get this to change. Any suggestions?
