I've removed every file I can find and tried to load from disc and on-line. When I try to install, I get an error saying there is a version installed. Remove it first. If there is anything left, I can't find it. I couldn't use "add/remove programs" because it didn't allow me to so I tried manually removing all "FMS" files. I'm at a loss.

FMS home page http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/index_e.html - look under FAQ "FMS 2.0 Beta 7 won't install". Also applies to later versions.
