FMS does not work on my xp computer

Hi guys,
I just got my new E-Sky Simulator kit (comes with an E-Sky 4CH usb transmitter and an FMS cd). I installed the software and everything, but every time I try to open it, an error message comes up saying ' FMS.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'
It gives the option to debug, send error report or don't send. The error report has an error signature with 'AppName: fms.exe', 'AppVer: 0.0.0.0', 'ModName: kernel32.dll', 'ModVer: 5.1.2600.5781' and 'Offset: 00012afb'
If i press 'Don't Send', it says 'exception in EComPort in module fms.exe at 0008B728. Registry error (win error code: 2).' This also happens when i press 'Send Error Report'.

Please help me with this problem. I don't know what to do.

It's alright now, after I updated my graphics card driver.
