The sound of the throttle doesn't change with throttle movement. Is this just me or is it supposed to be that way?

Did you map the channels and calibrate the controller in FMS?

Every brand of controller is different, you just move the control stick and see which blue bar moves and then assign it to the right channel.

actually the sound works fine on the planes, but on the ThreeDee helicopter it is just a constant pitch. Everything else is OK>

Make sure that in the channel assignment section that the numbers on the top 4 channels match the bottom 4 for the helis. -- ggunners

I've got them set at 4,2,1,3,4,2,1,3 top to bottom. This is bo big deal, It'd just be nice. Thanks for replying by the way. Also, I'm having quite a bit of trouble flying. lots of crashes. I thought i'd try this before buying a model & I'm really glad I did. Any suggestions? I was in China about a week ago & in the Beijing airport they were demonstrating a flying helicopter at a shop there. They flew it around & then hovered it about 6 feet of the floor & cut the power. It crashed, but there was no damage, just flipped it up & flew again. Multiple times. Probably should have bought it.

Thanks again for the help, guess I need it.

Hmmm... OK, I don't know why your sound is weird. Find another heli and try swapping out the .wav sound file. Maybe it is corrupt or of a wrong format. -- ggunners

The helis in FMS have always had a constant motor sound that does not vary regardless of throttle movement; this has been somewhat annoying, but considering the price
