Screen Blinking

I have a 64 bit windows Vista. Trying to get this to work but it is not. I see the landscape but it is flasing on and off rapidly. When I can finally get the helicopter in the picture the backgroud disappears and all I see if the heli. I have no idea its orientation. How dod I fix?
