Setup Won't Run

I cant get the FMS setup.exe to run on my laptop. It says windows cannot access the specified device , path, or file you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. Has anyone ran into this before?

Perhaps you are not running FMS as Administrator. -- ggunners
