graphic problem : missing wing and corrupt background

Hi all.
I've just downloaded FMS i think I have a graphic problem.
I have only a Fuselage and one wing and the background is corrupt.
Any ideas?

FMS : Version 2.0 Alpha 8.5 (Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP)

System:
Window XP sp 2
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
2 GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP : 1024 by 768 pixels, 32 bit colour

Wow, that's quite a mess. It almost looks like your graphics files are corrupted or were corrupted when loaded.

Does this change if you open different models or scenery?

You show your computer at XP Service Pack 2, there may be updates in Service Pack 3 that would help.

Try changing your graphics driver to either a newer or older version.

I also run FMS2alpha85 on windows XP but service pack 3 , and it run very well .

I would suggest you to uninstall FMS and update your computer to XP service pack 3 , also update your graphic card driver .

after update , install FMS2alpha85 again . hope it will work !

It was the graphic driver, I updated it and now works fine.

Hi,

I am having this same problem.

I'm running Windows XP (sp3) and just upgraded my graphics card. Everthing was working fine with the old card, an Nvidia GeForce GS8400 and then the cooling fan quit. I installed the Nvidia GeForce GT430 card and that is when the problem started.

I have FMS 2 alpha 8.5. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled in with no change. I have updated the graphics driver and still no change.

Any help would be appreciated.
