landscape won't load

i have downloaded one landscape named oceansite on this website
i try to load is on the simulator but it won't load every time i try the computer let me always see this message:
access violation at adress 004812117 in module 'fms.exe'. write of adress 2b19dfd0
does anyone know what to do??

The allocation of grpahics memory changed from FMS 2 beta 7 to alpha 8.5. Some of the scenery files do not work. You can try editing the .scn file and removing items until it fits in memory or just use another scenery. -- ggunners
