Update the software for new operating systems

Provide full 3D graphics updated for modern system, instead of the basic cell-shaded DOS-looking graphics.
Use DirectX 10 API and stop requiring the outdated RDM mode driver.
consider updating the system as a 64-bit and 32-bit install.
