Fms setup Not opening?

i have bought a art tech decathlon with the 2.4 ghz. but the software will not load on my windows vista, i have tried a few ways that have been poasted on here, but when clicking on the fms setup it says windows cannot access the specified device , path, or file you may not have the appropriate permission to acces the item.

also does anyone know how long the battery should be carged for because the insructions make no sence what so ever.... be great if anyone could help..

Most people on this forum do not have the same model and/or simulator CD that you have.

So, we do not know what you have or what you are doing with a disk or controller or your PC.

Perhaps if you can give us a few more details, we could help you.
