Controller will not work on vista

I am using windows vista and i can fly anything using the keyboard on my laptop but the controler will not work at all.

any suggestions?

it would be the controller you use to plug into the computer to use on the simulator. the conroller for the simulater is the same you would use to fly the heli. i have to Lama V3 electric co-axial micro helicopter

Heli controllers usually have mixing turned on.

You need to turn mixing off to work with a sim.

The sim itself does any mixing required.
