Great model - First flight success

I just wanted to say that this model is great. I'm an engineer and I work on modeling vehicles on the computer. One of the big challenges is getting the model to reflect the real world accurately enough to be useful. I was interested in testing FMS to see if it was accurate enough to learn how to fly without any additional help. I practiced on FMS with my transmitter until I could consistently land every plane in the default download on the runway. Well, I finished building my Aerostar 40 kit and took it out last Sunday. To the surprise of a few onlookers who insisted it was impossible to successfully fly your first time out without help, I took off, made a few laps, and had a perfect landing. The plane flew just like the skyhawk. Great job!
