I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE SPINNER OFF WITHOUT PLIERS. THE INSTRUCTIN SAY INSTALL BRACKET THEN PROP THEN SPINNER. DON'T KNOW WHAT BRACKET. MY SPINNER SEEMS TO BE ONE PIECE..HELP

Hold the motor shaft with long-nose plyers and unscrew the prop.

You will need a drop of CA when you reattach it.

There is a procedure online somewhere. You might try searching for it.
