I tested the negative signal on tha parallel port of my old computer directly, without any electronics, and it works. Unfortunatly, FMS 7 doesn't work properly on this computer. I tested it at work and the FMAS calibration page gives funny results: all the channels move everywere (my transmitter has four channel only) and I can't calibrate, it doesn't get information properly. Could you help?

I would use a 1 transistor interface using the first transistor of my IRQ Serial interface for JR circuit. See this on my website at RC projects>FMS>IRQ Serial>Circuit for JR. You may have to add a capacitor - say 1uf in series with the input.
