UserPort - Direct I/O Access under Win2K/XP

Hi,

There is a free device driver, with source code in C (++?) written by Tomas Franzon, that allows direct control of I/O ports in Win2K/XP. I do not know if this resolves the issue of direct control of interrupts, though.
