Skysport 6 Parallel Interface with WIN2K HELP! - Need some help

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out here.

I'm running FMS on my Armada M700. I have a parallel interface for my Skysport 6.

FMS doesn't seem to acknowledge the connection. Is there some settings I need to play around with?

Please let me know.

FMS will not work (via a parallel or serial connection) on windows 2000 or XP.
If your notebook has a mic jack, you can interface it with that ???
er, an Armada is a laptop, right?

Yeah, I have a MIC jack. But then I'd need some sort of adapter, and how would you set that up in FMS?

I've just downloaded a Parallel Port driver for my laptop, so I'm going to see if that works...

For Win2K, the parallel PPM or serial PPM interface will not work. You will hae to go for the serial PIC or joystick interface.

I know of SmartPropo, but as far as I understand, it was designed for WinXP, so I do not know if it will work with Win2K. I could not get it to work on Win95 or Win98.
