Strange transmitter problem

I've got my GWS transmitter interfaced to FMS and all seems to work great with most of the plane models. I however have had no luck getting any of the helicopter models to react to the transmitter. Of course I fly RC Heli's so would really like to figure this problem out.

Have you set up the bottom 4 channels on the mapping/calibration screen ? They're the ones used by helis.
