Help!
I don't know how to use the Interface and how to configure FMS!! CAn anyone help me (in German, maybe?)???

I have Multiplex MC3010 and Windows98 with parallelport-interface.

I will try to assist in english.

- Connect transmitter to parallel port.
- Switch your transmitter on, without crystal.
- Start FMS.
- From menu, select Controls, then Analog Control.
- Select Parallel/Serial IRQ Interface, 32 bit VXD.
- Click on Ressources.
- Under Port, select LPT1, and click Ok.
- Click on Mapping/Calibration.
- Click on Calibrate.

If all is well, you will see the bars moving when you move the transmitter sticks. Follow on-screen instructions.

Map the channels to their correct functions, and if needed, select Inv if movement is in wrong direction.

What shell I do?? IRQ is correct.Cable is correct.
My Mainboard is a Gigabyte GA586ATX

My Bios is an Award bios. I have a MPX Mc3010.

If I pull one stick, 2 or more channels react. The signal is even instabil(?).

Well, looks like the parallel interface will then not work for you. Have a look on my . There are several links to interface vendors, as well as diagrams for the home constructor.

With your parallel port interface you may need to setup the parallel port to ECP/EPP in the BIOS (press DEL on startup).

Otherwise I have details of the serial IRQ interface on my website, with transmitter connections and detailed setup instructions. You will also find that the serial IRQ instructions are pretty well what is required for the parallel version.

Don't give up yet!
