4channel esky serial

I am using a 4 channel esky transmitter with serial cable. FMS recognizes my controller but when I try and calibrate the bars are bouncing all over the place and will not let me calibrate properly. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
Also it seems like almost every plane I try to get off the ground just wants to flip over to the left and crash I cant seem to get anything off the ground.

OK for the last 12 hours I have tried every suggestion I could read on this board that might fix this controller setup problem to no avail.. Seems these esky controllers built specifically for this FMS software are junk. I dont get it, they must of worked for someone?? Seeing as how they are built just for this sim.......

Did you follow these pathes? Search with 'Zhen Hua' and also 'diagnostic AND tools'

Yes thank you seems the controller is defective because the retailer had me run some diagnostics on it and we verified it was defective. He is sending out a replacement.

Thank you for your help and trying to help me figure out what is going on.

Here is a copy and paste from pm of a very helpful individual who seems to know some things about these controllers and how to narrow down the problem but this is his way of helping out a fellow hobbyist in this forum.

You are truly a moron . . others can't read your mind. "I am using a 4 channel esky transmitter with serial cable." . . then you stated above that you are using a "controller", which is completely different . . and no mention of what type of computer (desktop or laptop) . . which OS software (Windows XP?) . . if you have tried using another computer to eliminate conflicting software. There are hundreds of configurations, and some have compatibility issues.

DO NOT respond to this PM as I will ignore it, and you are undeserving of a thread reply!
