Serial port inactive? help

Hi, In have a PC with XP SP2, I have a HUMMER 6 channels RC to control a helicopter HUMMER 370 (colco) but I have connected to my PC and the FMS doesn't show availabe this port ? I have tried as well to connect it using a USB converter but still inoperative. Is anyone that can help me please...[/quote]

I'm having the same problem with my HiTec. Plug it into the serial port and nothing happens. It used to work on an older OS.
