Newbie here, trying to figure out how to use his radio Tx

Ok, i'm new to the forums and to FMS, I just recently downloaded the newest version for windows. I own a Blade CP and I've got the cable to connect my Tx to the comp here but I can't figure out how to get it to work...can someone show this newbie here how to do it. Thanks.
