Newbie with a Futaba 7chp tx

I am a newbie and I am having problems and could use your expert help. I have FMS loaded on my HP laptop which is running XP. I have a buddy box cord with a USB adapter to hook up to the computer. I can run FMS using the keyboard but I cannot get the transmitter to work. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me. If I haven't given enough info just let me know. Also I am not very computer knowledgable but will give anything a try if someone will give me a hand. Thank you in advance for your help. Randy

Aeropal, Yes that is the cord that I have.

If you have followed their , can't offer any other suggestions. Mile High Wings has a very good reputation . . obviously contacting them might be the best solution. If you do find the "gremlin", please post your experience for the benefit of others.
