OK, then just to make absolutely sure, verify that with the thermometer. Assuming the thermometer confirms that you have no channel mixing, the problem must be with SPP.
Make sure all filters are off (or just remove file JsChPostProc.dll) - still? Select Modulation type PPM (Generic) - still?
Remove check from Auto-detect check box and try both Positive and Negative options.
