FP2 tx SIM Cable

guys, i have just got a Esky FP2, and has been using a DIY cable done by my frenz. its plain simply, plug into the line in, and only has 2 pins connected to the rear or my tx, using smart propoplus. but the problem is that my FP2 tx has a TRN switch that need to be flipped up in order to use, so i have been using a rubber band to hold it up, pretty lousy. here is a photo showing



so i m thinking of modding another USB cable, can anyone help? this is because whenever i m using skype voice chat, i m unable to play the SIM, i think its because of the line in and audio issues. a detailed photo and step-by-step would be helpful.

i noticed that smart propoplus is able to use 6channels PPM tx (those on King 2) in Sim as well, is it true? or to put simply, can i mod a USB cable to use the full function of king 2 tx on sim? that way, we can have been orientation when playing 3D. thanks.
