It won't work until you have also calibrated it in FMS and mapped the channels correctly. I.e. in FMS menu - Controls/Analog/Joystick Interface - mapping/calibration button.

A bit more detail please.....what isn't working ? What models have you tried and what happens. If all the blue bars go up and down properly when you calibrate and you have the channel numbers right then you should have some control of the models.

I used Walkera WK-0701 (7ch pcm) transmitter. And I also tried Futaba 7CHP. They all not working.
On program I tried menu: Control/Analog Control... all submenu I have tried doesn't working. I have changed the channel number and the blue bar doesn't go up or down when I calibrate.
Am I missing some thing?

Most interfaces need the transmitter to be in PPM mode not PCM.

You should calibrate it in Windows first. It should show up as the first joystick on the game controllers list or FMS might not be able to see it.

Normally for USB interfaces you should use "Joystick Interface" but if the blue bars don't move then you haven't calibrated anything. Maybe your EBay interface simply doesn't work.

Thank you Steve, I think I know what's the problem... my transmitter doesn't have switch to change pcm to ppm.
But I think the cable is working because my windows detect it and configured as "USB Human Interface"

Thanks,
Budhi H.

As far as I know there are two ways available to connect a PCM Walkera to your computer:
1. have a complete USB solution, hardware + software. I hear that it works very well.
2. My - a software only solution, free, that will require a creation of a cable. The latest version, 3.3.2, is considered to be .

yea ! I have the same problem with a cable that I buy from ebay. it detect on human interface. also appears in game controler. but the FMS does not recognize it. I found a website that have some driver for the usb interface to the FMS I try that driver but the same . transmitter does not works. I got a walkera 6ch transmitter from 22e. I buy the PRE-Flight and does not work. I was lucky when I buy the cable I realize that FMS does not work on vista. and try to cancel the order. the seller told me the item was shipped. WOW I got a shipped item without paid. hehehe I think was lucky the seller never ask me for payment to that. I think he think I paid that.
You need to plat Tetris with my english.

I have a similar problem with the Esky Belt CP with a six channel Xmitter( Esky)

I only get three channels to function on the contol tab in FMS controller setup with the joystick option selected
The following changes on the bar graph

Left stick
Up / dwn Ch 1 and Ch 2 (see saw,ch2 only to the middle)
Left /right Ch3

Right stick
up / dwn Ch1
left / right nothing

The gyro switch changes chanel 4

I set the channel selection to 4 3 1 2 4 3 1 2 with every second one inverted

I run XP home on my PC
At the game controllers in windows Controlpanel I can not select a 4 channel option!
The max axis that is displayed for selection is three axis with pushbuttons

Which option do one choose? (in windows game controller)

The device manager recognise the USB cable as HID (Human interface devise, compliant game controller)

My trans mitter is a mode 2 which is left stick throttle

I have tried all the USB ports some work and some dont but all with no good results

Can someone that has the remedy please advise
