Esky USB simulator - solved

I have a ESKY 0905A flight simulator KIT (transmitter with USB cable attached to the antenna site, and CDROM with FSM 2.0 ALPHA 8.3) and had terrible time getting computer to recognize the transmitter until I read a post on this forum. I was inserting the USB cable at an angle so that some pins on this cable were making contact before others. Small problem you might say- but the signal contacts were being connected before the power contacts – and this does not work!! You must insert this USB cable straight in and slowly.
