Which transmitter simulator for FMS?

Which transmitter simulator for FMS?

Postby gnilsch » Wed Aug 07, 2013 10:45 am

Hi,

I just ordered a Hype Relax motor glider and would like to train a bit the the FMS software (I am a newbee pilot), before going out and risking to crash it into the next hill.

Looked online for the esky dummy transmitter (the transmitter that comes with the Hype Relax doesn't have a USB connection as far as I know), but it seems to be out of stock everywhere. What pops up by the gazillions is a RC-Tech USB Flight Simulator, mostly shipped from China. Is this a reliable unit that works well with FMS?

Thanks in advance for any input,

Robert

Hello Robert,

The Dynam controller works well with FMS too.

Here's one vendor: http://www.nitroplanes.com/newrcte6chfl ... 4AodQmsACw

Yes, that 6 channel one from Dynam/RC-Tech works great. -- ggunners

Hi ggunners
I have recently purchased the Dynam 6 ch simulator from Amazon UK and wondered if you or others have experienced my problem:

The cyclic controls appear to be 45 degrees out!
Pushing stick forward produces nose up AND roll right
Pulling back produces nose down AND roll left.

I have contacted the seller about this problem and asked if there is a 'fix'.
If not, I will need to send back as faulty.

My OS is W8 64 bit
FMS program is installed in Program Files (x86) and I have installed D3DRM.dll in the FMS folder.

Regards

If there is a switch called "Mixer", turn it off. -- ggunners
