Hello all,

I'd just like to say quickly that FMS is a superb program and it is unbelieveble that its free!

My problem is I have an old Sanwa Conquest MkII TX and it has no buddy socket. Is there anyway I can create an interface between it and my PC? (E.g. using a Receiver etc.)

Any help ould be much appreciated.

If you have access to an oscilloscope you should be able to find the signal you need inside on the circuit board and run a wire out. Otherwise it's a bit tricky. Even if you use a receiver you need the composite signal (all channels together) which is similarly hidden inside the receiver.

Take a look at the coder board. You may find a NE5044 chip which was used on many transmitters. If so you can take the signal from pin 11, and ground from battery negative (or pin and feed it into my standard IRQ serial interface (see my website for circuit etc) (for W2000, XP you need a PIC Serial).
