Yes, just make or buy an interface for it. Plenty of circuits around and plenty of people selling them.

I have a Sanwa RD8000 which is actually an Airtronics Tx. I connect it to my sound-card using an $8 cord and use SnartPropoPlus as software. You can use all modulation types (PPM/PCM1/PCM2).
