SmartPropoPlus 2.0.3 & ppjoydll problems

Should SmartPropoPlus 2.0.3 work with ppjoydll 1.0.0.1 and ppjoy 0.83?

I have been able to get the SmartPropoPlus winmm.dll (PPM) to work with my old JR Century VII and FMS.

I also wanted to use it with the ClearView as a normal Joystick. I get no response from the joystick interface when used with ppjoydll and ppjoy. I have review all the docmentation and searched this and other forums for information.

Again I am getting good PPM signals through the sound card it works with FMS.
