PIC Serial Interface with MC-15

hi,
i have built an interface for use with fms and the MC-15 from JR/Graupner. it works. but the throttle elecator and the rudder are a bit "noisy" that means, they are not stable, so it is difficult to fly. especially when i put the elevator down , or the throttle down or rudder left, they always have some peaks. in the other direction eveything is ok. i modified the interface (input) like ken's setup for JR controllers, but it doesnt work. i have the new software from rasmus in an 12c508A, using BC547 and BC557. i think it may be a softwareproblem, the pots from the controller and the cable are good. has anyone a solution or experience with the pic and mc-15?

the problem is solved: with the mc-15 (probably only my mc-15) the original software form viatly works fine. there are some differencies between rasmus's and viatlay's software.

What is the source of the power supply Vcc ?? Can you take this from the computer parallel port and should this be 5 VDC ?? ???
