Pic Interface For JR XF631 Interface on Win XP - How the hell do I make or buy one!!!!!

I have been searching the web for hours trying to find these things!! My computer runs windows XP and I have a JR XF631 six channel computer radio. I have found some info but it requires you to program the Fu@#ing chip yourself.
Somebody please help me!!!

You should have looked here first 
If you aren't able or can't be bothered to program a PIC then you can buy an interface from and probably other places too.
Ken ships worldwide so I'd guess that includes Australia.
