USB Interface Cable

I have a dragonfly 22e . I would like to use the Walkey transmitter S/video 4 pin outlet to the PC USB input and use this for simulation.
I cut a standard tv S/video cable and located the plugs 4 pins wires by color, looking at the case entering locater at twelve o'clock.
one: o'clock: Black
two: o'clock: White
eleven: o'clock:Yellow
ten o'clock:Red

Starting left:
1: Black
2 Green
3:White
4:Red

How should the wires be connected?

Going through the computer audio port with software would be another option.
