Art-Tech USB PIC Cable with Lexors Nova Tx

Hi, this is more of a howto than anything else. I searched for days to find some help with this, and couldn't find anyone who'd had/solved this problem before.

I bought the Art-Tech USB to mono mic PIC. I wanted to use this with my Lexors Nova 4 +1 radio that came with me Piccolo V2. I eventually had to resort to using a mono mic cable through smartpropoplus. This was really not ideal, because the signal is VERY jumpy. basically, there was no benifit using FMS with this interface. Some reading, thanks to Google translating from German for me, helped me discover the the Lexors Nova requires a Stereo mic cable to work.

OK, the solution:

1. Cut the mono Jack off the art-tech PIC
2. got an old stereo cable, and cut one end off.
3. soldered both inputs from the stereo jack onto the mono input of the Art-Tech USB converter.

This works beautifully. Clean signal, easy flying. No more hassles!
