Model swerves wildly right

I've been playing with the Sim over the weekend thanks to the input on correct mapping.. with all the trims centered and the calibration done.. the model swerves wildly right on takeoff.. I can correct by giving left stick but this seems a bit strange.. is havinga lot of trm normal with FMS...??

Normally, you do not require a lot of trimming once FMS is setup correct.

If you are using a Joystick or USB interface, make sure that the interface was also calibrated under Windows/Control Panel/Gaming Options.

Once this is done, recalibrate the interface in FMS, making sure all trims and sticks are placed in the centre position before you start the calibration routine.

I think that you will find that this represents engine torque, and it is easily countered with slight opposite rudder/aileron.

you are probably right and as I said it is correctable.. I am only used to flying gliders and this is my first go at powered flight.. thanks for the input though
