Logitec Wingman Force 3d Joystick - Sensitivity

I have a Logitec Wingman Force 3D. I can calibrate the stick to make all of the functions work but they are way too sensitive. How do you tone down the controls to be less sensitive? I dont see any way. I am running the drivers supplied with the Windows XP Program.

try (this after launching fms)

controls-->analogue controls-->(with joystick highlighted) mapping/calibration & then click 'exp' and reclibrate.
