Calibration of EFLY-100B

I got FMS and the transmitter with the dragon wing sportster. I have connected it all up and can get a signal from the transmitter on the computer. When I try to calibrate the controller, the blue bars are going up and down really quicky. Therefore I can't calibrate it. The simulator works fine with the keyboard but I want to use the transmitter. the channels need to be set up, 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4. I am not using the USB, but a mic jack to connect to the computer.

Has anyone had the same problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
