My E-Sky 4 channel, 2.4G transmitter has a "Trainer" switch. I can't find any instructions that address the purpose/use of the switch. Anyone know what it's purpose is?

The trainer switch is used by the monitor, when a trainee is connected by a training cable (buddy box).
When the monitor activates the switch, the commands from the trainee control the plane, i.s.o. the inputs from the monitor's sticks.
When the switch is released, the monitor takes control back.
The trainee does not use his switch.
With a simulator, you act as a trainee, and your commands go thru the cable. You do not use the switch.
