aerobird extreme

hi all , im a newbie, can anyone please help me, im trying to set up the controls for the aerobird extreme (which ive had for a while now, and got sick of crashing) on the free fms software, ive got a saitek p880, that works fine with other models, can this be set up 4 my plane (3 channel) would be really grateful for info,
